In Lucerne we offer 86 apartments with 280 rooms at Eichhof. In 2021 we added a further 30 apartments with 138 rooms at Schweighof in Kriens.

Rooms from CHF 550.– per month incl. ancillary costs and internet connection.

Interior / Room Description

All rooms are rented furnished. Belonging to the room furnishings is a bed including mattress (Eichhof 100 cm / Schweighof 120 cm wide), closet, desk, chair and bookshelf. Internet connection is available in all rooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen, a living/dining area and at least one bathroom.

Included in the rent are the following ancillary costs:
Heating costs, warm water, cold water, incl. basic charges | maintenance, care of garden and surroundings, snow removal | elevator incl. electricity and maintenance, general electric costs incl. basic charge, operational fees | ARA/KVA/ canalization incl. basic charge l Internet access | administrative portion per room of ancillary costs.
