In Lucerne we offer 85 apartments with 276 rooms at Eichhof. In 2021 we added a further 30 apartments with 138 rooms at Schweighof in Kriens.

All rooms are rented furnished. Belonging to the room furnishings is a bed including mattress (Eichhof 100 cm / Schweighof 120 cm wide), closet, desk, chair and bookshelf. Internet connection is available in all rooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen, a living/dining area and at least one bathroom.
Included in the rent are the following ancillary costs:
Heating costs, warm water, cold water, incl. basic charges, maintenance, care of garden and surroundings, snow removal, elevator incl. electricity and maintenance, general electric costs incl. basic charge, operational fees ARA/KVA/canalization incl. basic charge, Serafe charge, Internet access, administrative portion per room of ancillary costs.
