Application Process

The following steps are necessary within the scope of the application process.

 

  1. For clarifying whether eligible to rent, read further here.

  2. To choose the room in the Overview.
    For exchange students defined rooms in houses 15f to 15h are available.

  3. Open and fill out the reservation request  .


  4. Decision about reservation request by the management.

  5. After receiving a positive response, payment of the reservation fee of CHF 800.- must be made within 2 weeks to the respective account.

  6. Countersigning of the Rental Agreement is done in the management office. 


    Exchange students are sent a binding confirmation. They sign the Rental Agreement on the day they move into the room.
