I accept the consequences, if I withdraw from the contract, after the booking has been confirmed by Student Mentor Foundation Lucerne:

• The declaration of withdrawal is deemed to be a termination of the rental contract and therefore the notice period applies. The payment obligation for outstanding rents applies.
  
  
• Student Mentor Foundation Lucerne is entitled to deduct its rent claims and its processing costs from the security deposit paid.
  
  
• If Student Mentor Foundation Lucerne finds a replacement tenant for part or the entire lease within the notice period, the compensation owed will be reduced accordingly. A processing fee of CHF 300.- is owed in any case however.
  
  
• Only one booking on studentroom.ch is possible. Withdrawal from an existing booking with the intention of reserving another rental property on studentroom.ch is not permitted. Anyone who does not comply with this will be blocked from making another booking on studentroom.ch, for at least one semester.*
